A tree farm in the desert? 
Well, no!  We believe that using our precious water to grow food is sustainable, but that tree farms should exist in other parts of the country where they belong!  We also believe that fresh cut trees from responsible farmers are the best way to enjoy this Christmas tradition.  Plastic trees from China are not recyclable or renuable!

So.... last year we met a wonderful couple from Oregon who have a Christmas tree farm and a small winery.  They provide us with beautiful, fragrant trees.  They are shipped directly to us - no time sitting in a warehouse!

No, you can't cut your own tree this December in Southern Arizona, but we do our best to create an old fashioned Christmas experience for you and your family.

For our Tiempo de Navidad nights, we set up luminaria lights around the hacienda, provide free moon-lit hay-rides, visits to the animals in the petting zoo, great photo ops with Bailey, our miniature horse, and you can buy gifts in our farm store, hot cider and Christmas cookies while picking out the best tree for your home!

Laurel will be making evergreen wreathes that you can purchase.  You can also place orders for her to make fresh garland!
